Therapy House is a boutique psychology clinic for people of all ages. We work with children, teenagers, adults, couples and families — and the person in the room is met as a whole person, not a diagnosis.
If you are not sure which of these fits your situation, that is an ordinary thing to be unsure about. Call reception and describe what is going on; they will talk it through and point you to the right clinician.
